Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping methods:

The delivery of the products is done:

1. Upon receipt from our place,
2. With delivery by courier and delivery always on the sidewalk. The delivery time of the products will be arranged through the telephone communication of the courier with you.
   The products are sent only within Greece.

Shipping charges:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total cost of the order and the shipping method.

1. Free to pick up from our place.
2. The shipping cost is 3€.
3. Free for orders over €50.

Return Policy:

1. Product Cancellation: In case you have added a wrong product to your order you should contact us directly, either by phone or via email, to make the change.
   A prerequisite is to know the date you sent the order and to provide your details.
2. Return of order: In case you have received a wrong order from us, you should contact us immediately so that we can send you the correct one at our own expense.
