Recipe for traditional noodles with feta cheese.
Ingredients:
500g noodles
300g grated feta cheese
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
Ingredients for 4 servings
Implementation:
After boiling 2 liters of water, add 1 spoonful of butter and 500g of noodles and 1 sharp spoonful of salt. Let them boil for 6 minutes and add 300g of grated feta cheese.
After 1 minute, take it off the heat and serve as a soup.
